Ollantix Consultoría Financiera S.A.C., holder of tax ID (RUC) 20605943178 and domiciled at Av. Javier Prado Este 476, Floor 8, San Isidro, Lima, is the data controller for personal data collected through the domain ollantix.com. This policy is governed by Peruvian Law No. 29733 — Personal Data Protection Act — and its regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data that you provide voluntarily when subscribing to the newsletter (full name and email address) and essential technical navigation data (anonymised IP address, browser type, pages visited and session duration) through cookies. We never request or store national ID numbers, banking information or sensitive data.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used to: (a) send the fortnightly financial-literacy newsletter; (b) inform you about in-person and virtual workshops; (c) produce aggregate statistics on platform usage; (d) handle enquiries submitted through our official channels. Under no circumstances do we sell or transfer your information to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent, given upon accepting this policy, and on Ollantix's legitimate interest in operating the platform. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to proteccion.datos@ollantix.com.
5. Retention and location
Data is stored on servers located within Peruvian territory and in the United States under standard contractual clauses. It is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes described, up to a maximum of five (5) years from your last interaction with the platform.
6. Your ARCO rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as well as the rights to information and to withdrawal of consent, by submitting a written request together with a copy of your ID to proteccion.datos@ollantix.com or to our registered office. You may also file complaints with the National Personal Data Protection Authority (Ministry of Justice and Human Rights).

We apply technical, organisational and legal measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, two-factor access control and regular security audits.
